The city asks for a survey drawn both with and without the pool, a site plan measured from the exterior of the steel to every structure, fence and equipment details, an audible alarm spec, an impervious surface calculation for the whole property, a signed Pool Barriers Statement and a storm water pollution prevention plan. We assemble all of it.
The pool has to hold at least three feet off every property line, and the equipment pad needs its own three foot clearance or gates on both sides. Nothing goes inside a utility easement without written approval from the franchise utility. Area drains tie to the curb, and cutting the curb is not allowed.
Tuscan Lakes, Victory Lakes, Mar Bella and Magnolia Creek all run architectural review. We prepare that submittal in parallel with the city package so the two approvals are not sitting in a line behind each other.
